Ziti is a product of Adgnitio Technologies (India) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at 3rd floor, Shanta Building, 301, 18th June Rd, opposite Broadway Book Center, St. Inez, 91Springboard, Santa Inez, Panaji, Goa 403001.

Ziti provides software for caterers, including quotation workflows, inventory planning, customer relationship management, inquiry handling, and related business tools through our website at letsziti.com and our mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information relating to website visitors, demo requesters, caterers, and customer data that caterers choose to manage through the platform.

We collect information in the following ways:

Information You Provide Directly

  • Name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, and city when you request a demo, contact us, or create an account
  • Business details such as business name, services, cuisines, event categories, menus, pricing, and quotation inputs
  • Client names, contact numbers, event details, addresses, notes, and order records that you choose to upload or create in the platform
  • Billing, payment, and invoicing information needed to manage subscriptions, while full card details are handled by payment providers and not stored by us

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device, browser, operating system, app version, and IP address
  • Usage information such as pages visited, features used, session activity, clicks, and interaction patterns
  • Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance signals
  • Cookie data and similar identifiers used on the website and equivalent SDK or device identifiers used in the app

Information from Third Parties

  • Basic profile information from Google or other identity providers if you sign in through them
  • Payment status, subscription confirmations, and reconciliation data from payment gateways
  • Engagement signals from communication tools, app stores, and analytics partners

Customer Data, Sharing & Disclosure

Many Ziti users upload or manage information about their own customers, events, and leads inside the platform. If you upload this data, you represent that you have the appropriate rights, notices, and permissions needed to collect and use it.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data only in the following limited situations:

  • Service providers: With vendors that help us run infrastructure, payments, authentication, analytics, support, and communications, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations
  • Lead and discovery features: We may display limited business profile details, such as city or service category, to help connect relevant caterers with opportunities

When we process customer information that you upload to operate the service for you, we do so to provide the platform features you request.

We store data on secure cloud infrastructure located in India and, in some cases, in other jurisdictions used by our service providers, subject to reasonable safeguards.

We use measures designed to protect information, including:

  • Periodic security reviews and operational controls
